CEPREI Certification Invited to Participate in the 2024 Forum on Promoting Global Ecological Civilization Construction (Erhai Lake)

On October 19, 2024, CEPREI Certification Center was invited to participate in the 2024 Forum on Promoting Global Ecological Civilization Construction (Erhai Lake) jointly hosted by the International Communication Development Center of the China Foreign Languages Administration and the People's Government of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture. Since October 2021, the Erhai Lake Forum has been held for four consecutive sessions, becoming an important international exchange platform in the field of global ecological civilization construction.

Guo Zhiyuan, Deputy Director of the Green and Low Carbon Business Unit of CEPREI Certification Center, gave a speech on the topic of "Innovation and Exploration in the Certification Industry in Promoting High Quality Development through Low Carbon" at the special sub forum "Towards the Future Together · Dialogue between Chinese and Foreign Enterprises - Promoting High Quality Development of Enterprises through Green and Low Carbon Transformation". Guo Zhiyuan elaborated on the new measures and ideas of the certification industry to promote high-quality development of enterprises from the aspects of organizing carbon verification, voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction projects, product carbon footprint, carbon neutrality, product labeling system, and carbon management system, including certification qualification assessment system, low-carbon certification multilateral mutual recognition, international demand for low-carbon certification, and standard formulation.
