CEPREI’s Statement of Impartiality

As an independent third-party organization, CEPREI provides quality certification services within the accredited scope to applicants in an impartial and scientific manner, not aiming at making profits.

The principles and procedures followed by CEPREI in its operation are in accordance with the impartiality requirements in the corresponding accreditation standards and the IAF application guidelines. The Management Committee in a way that the interests of each party are balanced. Anyone affected shall be excused in making the certification decision.

CEPREI’s certification services within its accredited scope are open to all applicants.

CEPREI does not provide consulting services to applicants for obtaining or maintaining certification, nor does it engage in any development and operation activities of the products/service scope operated by the certified organization.

CEPREI has formulated the code of conduct for auditors in accordance with the relevant requirements of ISO19011 and IPC, and has established the principles and procedures for handling appeals and complaints from the auditee or other parties regarding the certification or other matters, so as to ensure the impartiality of certification activities.

CEPREI strictly keeps confidential the technical and commercial information of all the auditees, and has developed a stringent confidentiality system and procedures to ensure that personnel at all levels would not disclose the information obtained during the certification process to a third party without the permission of the auditee.
